Thank you for shopping with Alpha & Omega! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 4–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 6–10 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 8–14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹50–₹150 (based on location and order weight)
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹1,000
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply. COD availability is subject to your delivery location.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
Delayed or Lost Shipments If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [alphaomega.rohan@gmail.com]. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Important Note As we work with supplier partners, some orders may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.
